New Water Well Requests

The process for administering water well registration and verification requests under Governor Newsome's Executive Order N-3-23 is explained in this document:

New extraction facilities to be constructed within OBGMA boundaries must submit the following completed and signed documents:

A copy of the completed Ventura County Well Permit application must also be included, as well as a $5,000 deposit for staff and consultant time to review the application. Please contact the General Manager with any questions, obgmagm@gmail.com
